High-Level Meeting for Youth at the UNICEF on July 22
As the International Year of Youth comes to a close, we are still learning that youth can make a difference. That is why, on July 22 from 1 to 4 PM, the International Union of Anthropological and Ethnological Services (IUAES) and the Manhattan Multicultural Summer Youth Program (MMSY) are hosting an event titled “Youth Interface Dialogue & Mutual Understanding.” The meeting will emphasize “the importance of religious and cultural tolerance anchored on mutual understanding.”
Held in the UNICEF building on 44th between 1st and 2nd Ave., it will feature influential guest speakers such as Mr. Jeremy Gilly, Founder of “Peace One Day” and The UN International Day of Peace. In addition to an impressive panel, the event will feature interfaith dialogue from a youth perspective.
The event is open to the public. To register, fill out this application or call (212) 388-8191 for more information.
